1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes what data the Webordo mobile app (the “App”) processes — the official mobile client of webordo.kg, a platform for ordering food and services from venues in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Data operator: webordo.kg (the “Operator”).
By using the App, you agree to this Policy. The App works in guest mode: registration and account creation are not required and not provided.
2. What data we process and why
The App processes only the data you provide yourself when placing an order or booking:

This data is transmitted to the webordo.kg server over a secure connection (HTTPS) and is provided only to the venue you selected, solely to fulfil your order or booking. We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it and do not share it with third parties, except for the venue fulfilling your order and cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Data that stays only on your device
The contents of your cart, the list of orders made from this device (number, amount, status) and the selected interface language are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to the Operator. They are deleted when the App is removed or its data is cleared in the device settings.
4. App permissions
The App does not request any other permissions (geolocation, contacts, files, microphone, etc.).
5. Automatic data collection
The App contains no advertising networks, third-party trackers or third-party analytics SDKs. Device identifiers are not collected. External actions (call, WhatsApp, route in 2GIS) open in the corresponding third-party apps; their operation is governed by their owners' policies.
6. Data storage and protection
Order data is stored on the webordo.kg server for the period needed to fulfil the order and for the venue's record-keeping. Data is transmitted only via HTTPS. Only the Operator and the venue fulfilling the order have access to order data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to learn what data about you is processed, to request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your data from the server.
To do so, write to support@webordo.kg, specifying the phone number used for orders. Requests are processed within no more than 30 days.
8. Children
The App is not intended for independent use by children under 13 and does not collect data about users' age.
9. Changes to the Policy
When the Policy changes, a new version is published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are published means acceptance of the new version.
